Boys In Focus Initiative for Youth Development
Effective Date: 31st October, 2025

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing to support Boys In Focus Initiative for Youth Development (“the Initiative”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all donations made to Boys In Focus Initiative for Youth Development through our online payment platform powered by Paystack or any other designated payment gateway.

By making a donation, you (“the Donor”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. About Boys In Focus Initiative

Boys In Focus Initiative for Youth Development is a registered non-profit organization committed to empowering boys and young men through education, mentorship, leadership training, and community-based programs.

3. Donations

  1. Voluntary Nature:
    All donations are made voluntarily and without any expectation of goods, services, or other benefits in return.

  2. Use of Donations:
    Donations will be used to support our programs, initiatives, and operational costs, in line with our mission and organizational priorities.

  3. Payment Processing:
    All online donations are processed securely through Paystack, a third-party payment gateway. By donating through Paystack, you also agree to Paystack’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  4. Currency:
    Donations are typically processed in Nigerian Naira (₦) or any other currency accepted by our payment processor.

4. Refund Policy

  1. Donations are generally non-refundable, as funds are immediately allocated to support ongoing projects and programs.

  2. However, if you believe a donation was made in error or through fraudulent means, please contact us at info@boysinfocus.com within 7 days of the transaction.

  3. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, and approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

5. Donor Information & Privacy

  1. We respect your privacy. Personal information provided during the donation process will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  2. Information collected through Paystack is also subject to their privacy practices.

  3. Donors may choose to remain anonymous unless disclosure is required by law or regulation.

6. Receipts

Upon successful payment, donors will receive an automated email receipt confirming the amount donated, the transaction reference, and date of donation.
Official acknowledgment letters for record or tax purposes (where applicable) can be requested by emailing info@boysinfocus.com.

7. Fraud Prevention

We take fraud prevention seriously. Any suspicious or fraudulent transactions may be reported to appropriate authorities or the payment processor for investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website or donation pages (logos, text, images, and media) remains the property of Boys In Focus Initiative for Youth Development and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boys In Focus Initiative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our donation platform or payment gateway.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms periodically to reflect organizational, legal, or operational changes. The most recent version will always be available on our official website.

Crossroads Redemption Program

The Objective of the CRP is to guide you toward a deeper understanding of your self-worth and purpose through spiritual mentorship. The program aims to equip you with faith-based values, emotional resilience, and practical life skills, helping you make positive choices, overcome personal challenges, and contribute meaningfully to society.

By fostering a supportive environment, the program seeks to inspire lasting transformation, nurturing your spiritual growth and enabling you to break cycles of negative behaviour.

This Crossroads Redemption Program Workbook is designed to guide you through each session with activities, reflections, and prayers, helping you engage deeply with the lessons while tracking your spiritual growth and transformation over the four-week journey.
