Femi Oke
Femi brings a wealth of experience and a passion for positive change to his role. Prior to founding Boys In Focus, Femi serves as the Community Engagement Manager, Africa, at Ziwani, leveraging over a decade of expertise in corporate communication, with notable stints at KPMG in Africa. During his time at KPMG, Femi played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s communication strategy at prestigious events such as the World Economy Forum, Africa, from 2013 to 2018.
Driven by a deep-seated commitment to making a meaningful impact in the developmental sector, Femi’s journey led him to establish Boys In Focus, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at empowering young boys to thrive and succeed. Drawing on his extensive experience, Femi spearheads the organization’s efforts to address societal challenges and uplift marginalized communities.
At Boys In Focus, Femi’s vision is clear: to redefine societal norms and empower young boys to reach their full potential. Through innovative communication strategies and collaborations with Christian business leaders, Femi is reshaping the landscape of community development. His expertise lies in amplifying community voices, fostering collaboration, and driving sustainable change.
With a Bachelor of Science Degree from Lagos State University, Nigeria, and a Master of Science Degree from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom, Femi combines academic excellence with real-world experience to lead Boys In Focus with integrity and purpose. His unwavering dedication to Kingdom impact and a lasting African legacy serves as the guiding force behind his tireless efforts to transform communities and create a brighter future for generations to come.

Osarieme Igbinoba
Osarieme Igbinoba is a seasoned communications strategist and digital ministry leader, serving on the Board of Trustees of Boys In Focus. With extensive experience in strategic communications, media engagement, and community development, she brings deep insight and forward-thinking leadership to the organisation’s vision of equipping young men for purpose-driven living.
In her primary role as the Country Representative for Christian Vision (CV) in Nigeria, Osarieme leads national initiatives that utilise media and technology to share the message of Christ. A passionate advocate for digital evangelism, she equips churches and ministries with practical tools and strategies to thrive in today’s digital world—helping them to extend their reach, engage their audiences, and communicate the gospel with clarity and purpose.
On the Boys In Focus Board, Osarieme offers strategic counsel and innovative direction, enabling the organisation remain relevant, impactful, and mission-aligned in a media-saturated culture. Her ability to connect vision with strategy makes her a valuable asset in shaping the organisation’s long-term growth and outreach.
Beyond her professional engagements, Osarieme enjoys curating thoughtful gift packages as a way to help others feel seen and valued. She is also an avid crochet enthusiast, creating handmade pieces with care and creativity. Above all, she treasures authentic connection and thrives in spaces where she can communicate, contribute, and cultivate relationships that leave a lasting impact.

Tayo Ama
Temitayo Ama is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in finance, management consulting, and innovation. She kickstarted her career with Oxfam GB, where she honed her skills in financial management and developed a deep understanding of the non-profit sector. Passionate about making a meaningful impact, Temitayo transitioned to management consulting with Beyond Zero, a prominent player in public health transformation in Eastern Cape, South Africa. Here, she leveraged her expertise to drive positive change and enhance healthcare services in the region.
Continuing her journey of innovation and leadership, Temitayo later assumed the role of Director at Innovation Business & Financial Services. In this capacity, she demonstrated her visionary leadership and business acumen, spearheading initiatives that fostered innovation, streamlined financial processes, and propelled organizational growth.
With a proven track record of success and a commitment to driving positive change, Temitayo Ama continues to be a driving force in the finance sector, leveraging her expertise to create lasting impact and drive sustainable growth.

Sylvester Omoruyi
Sylvester Omoruyi is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Biomedical Sciences, University of the Witwatersrand (Wits University), South Africa. He teaches Anatomy to undergraduate and postgraduate students in the Health Sciences Faculty. Sylvester also contributes significantly to the research and mentoring of postgraduate students, where his research group focuses on investigating novel drugs and therapeutic targets for brain tumours and neurodegenerative diseases.
Beyond the university setting, Sylvester has dedicated over 15 years to teaching and mentoring children and teenagers in his church community. Through his interactions with these children and teenagers, he has had a profoundly positive impact on them, instilling values that have helped shape their lives for the better. He always emphasises the importance of purposeful living among his children and teenagers.
Sylvester is also a trustee of the Boys In Focus nonprofit organisation, which is committed to empowering young boys through mentorship, education, and character-building programs. In this role, he contributes to strategic planning and program oversight, helping to ensure that the organisation makes a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of boys in under-resourced communities.
With a unique blend of academic expertise, spiritual mentorship, and community leadership, Sylvester Omoruyi stands out as a dedicated educator, role model, and advocate for youth empowerment.

Ibukunolu Oke
Ibukunolu Oke is a dynamic and purpose-driven leader who serves as the Head of Operations at Boys In Focus, where she oversees the strategic planning and day-to-day execution of programmes, logistics, and organisational structures that support the initiative’s mission to equip and empower young men. With a sharp eye for detail and a heart for excellence, Ibukunolu ensures that every aspect of the organisation runs smoothly and with intention.
A graduate of Lagos State University, she brings a wealth of experience in administration, hospitality, and leadership to her role. Currently based in South Africa, she also serves as the Head of Hospitality at a vibrant Pentecostal church, where she leads with grace, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to service.
Her background in both faith-based and operational leadership has uniquely positioned her to build systems that are both efficient and people-centred. Ibukunolu is passionate about cultivating spaces that foster growth, order, and meaningful engagement. She thrives in environments where vision meets structure, and is dedicated to raising standards while nurturing hearts.
Known for her calm demeanour, dependable nature, and strong organisational instincts, Ibukunolu is an integral part of the Boys In Focus leadership team—bringing stability, clarity, and care to everything she touches.

Olanrewaju Atinshola
Olanrewaju Atinshola is a dedicated educator, speaker, and trainer deeply committed to the welfare and development of children, particularly teenagers. With over two decades of experience, she has tirelessly devoted herself to nurturing teenagers within her sphere of influence, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to fulfill their aspirations.
Her passion for youth empowerment drives her to utilize all available resources to positively impact the lives of teenagers, helping them navigate the challenges of adolescence and realize their dreams. Reflecting on her journey, Olanrewaju finds immense fulfillment in the progress and achievements of the young individuals she has mentored and continues to long for further opportunities to make a difference in their lives.

Joseph Olajide Johnson
Joseph Olajide Johnson serves as the Logistics and Operations Lead at Boys In Focus, where he ensures seamless coordination of events, resources, and behind-the-scenes execution. A digital entrepreneur with expertise in web development, video production, and social media strategy, Joseph brings a unique edge to operational leadership—combining creativity with structure to drive excellence.
He has successfully managed high-impact campaigns for brands, businesses, and movie promotions, showcasing his ability to lead and deliver under pressure. At Boys In Focus, Joseph applies this same strategic mindset to streamline logistics, support team efficiency, and create impactful experiences for young men across all initiatives.
With a passion for content creation and a growing interest in agro-business, he is always exploring innovative ways to grow and serve. Joseph is also deeply committed to personal development, regularly researching business trends, building networks, and sharpening his skills to better support the mission of Boys In Focus.
